Despite the current Canada Post mail disruptions, there are still multiple ways to send us your valid identification and bank documents (including void cheques):
Upload:
- Scan (or take a digital photo), and electronically send the file to Questrade.
- Once you have started an account, find full instructions on how to upload your documents in myQuestrade.
- Fax: 1.888.837.1861. Please reference your account number.
- Email: support@questrade.com. Please include your account number.
Drop off:
- Questrade requires original copies of the statement of acceptance, transfer documents, and other account opening documents.
- You can drop off your signed paperwork at either our Toronto or Vancouver location.
Courier:
- When sending time sensitive documents to Questrade, including account opening forms, cheques, or other account related items, send the documents by courier to:
