  • Submitting documents during Canada Post mail disruptions

    Despite the current Canada Post mail disruptions, there are still multiple ways to send us your valid identification and bank documents (including void cheques):

     

    Upload:

    • Scan (or take a digital photo), and electronically send the file to Questrade.
    • Once you have started an account, find full instructions on how to upload your documents in myQuestrade.
    • Fax: 1.888.837.1861. Please reference your account number.
    • Email: support@questrade.com. Please include your account number.

    Drop off:

    • Questrade requires original copies of the statement of acceptance, transfer documents, and other account opening documents.
    • You can drop off your signed paperwork at either our Toronto or Vancouver location.

    Courier:

    • When sending time sensitive documents to Questrade, including account opening forms, cheques, or other account related items, send the documents by courier to:
